Return & Refund Policy

3.1 The “Health-First” Return Philosophy

At BlowDryer.store, we handle high-contact personal grooming tools. To maintain the hygiene standards of the Pakistani beauty industry, our return policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act while strictly adhering to sanitary protocols. Once a dryer has been used on hair, it enters a different legal category than general electronics.

3.2 Eligibility for Mechanical Exchange

  • The 24-Hour “Dead-on-Arrival” (DOA) Claim: If your dryer fails to power on or emits an electrical burning smell (outside of the standard “new motor” break-in scent) within 24 hours of delivery, we provide an immediate “Priority Swap.”
  • Manufacturing Defects: We offer a 6-Month Motor Warranty. This covers the heating element and the fan motor. It does not cover the power cord (due to common “pull-damage”) or the plastic casing (due to drops).

3.3 The “Non-Returnable” Sanitation List

For the safety of all our customers, the following conditions make a product ineligible for return:

  • Hair Entrapment: Dryers returned with visible hair in the rear filter.
  • Cosmetic Scratching: Once the “Protective Film” is removed from the dryer body.
  • Broken Seals: Any product where the factory “Security Seal” on the box has been tampered with, unless the return is for a mechanical defect.

3.4 The Refund Velocity & Logistics Fee

  • Change of Mind: If the box is unopened, we accept returns within 7 days, subject to a 20% Restocking Fee and two-way shipping costs.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited via Bank Transfer or JazzCash within 10–14 business days. We do not provide cash-in-hand refunds for online orders.
